These conditions govern the relationship between Hotel Vall d'Isard Suites ("the Hotel") and the Client for accommodation services and associated services.
1. Rates
- Prices are in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (including IGI/VAT).
- Tourist tax is not included and will be billed separately.
- Rates vary according to season, duration, room category, and offers.
- Breakfast is included and is non-refundable.
2. Booking Conditions and Guarantees
- All reservations must be confirmed by bank transfer or a valid bank card, which serves as a guarantee.
- Certain offers may require partial or total payment upon booking:
- Basic Rate: 50% of the total booking amount will be requested to confirm any reservation. A secure payment link will be sent via e-mail or a bank transfer will be requested for this purpose. The remaining balance of the reservation, i.e., the remaining 50% of the total reservation amount, must be paid no later than 7 days before the arrival date.
- Non-Refundable Rate: The full cost of the stay must be paid upon reservation. A secure payment link will be sent via e-mail or a bank transfer will be requested for this purpose.
- The Hotel reserves the right to check the validity of the bank card provided.
- In accordance with Andorran law, the hotel will request valid identification documents upon the arrival of each guest.
3. Cancellation and Modification Conditions
- For any cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% prepayment is fully refunded.
- For any cancellation between 15 days and 7 days before the arrival date: 50% prepayment is non-refundable.
- For any cancellation, modification, or no-show between 7 days and up to the arrival date: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable, and the hotel reserves the right to debit the client directly from the guarantee bank card.
- Special periods (Christmas, New Year, school holidays): stricter conditions may apply.
4. Arrival, Departure, and Late Departure
- Arrival (Check-in) is from 4:00 PM (16:00).
- Departure (Check-out) is before 12:00 PM (12:00).
- "Late Check Out" service (upon request before 11:00 AM, subject to availability):
- 12:00 PM-2:00 PM (14:00): 25 €/hour
- 2:00 PM (14:00)-5:00 PM (17:00): 50 €/hour
- For departure before 8:00 AM, payment must be settled the day before before 10:00 PM (22:00).
5. Services
- Included: accommodation, breakfast, Wi-Fi, baby cot (subject to availability), access to the spa area upon request.
- Additional charge: extra person, parking, pets (<10 kg, upon request).
6. Payment
- Accepted: cash, bank transfer, bank card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
- Bank card imprint requested upon arrival.
- Any unbilled consumption or missing items (towel, blanket, bathrobe, mat, decorative objects, kettle, mini-bar, etc.) in the room will be charged later via the guarantee bank card.
7. Personal Data, Liability, and Force Majeure
- Data is processed according to Andorran law, with rights of access, rectification, and deletion.
- The Hotel declines responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Any damage caused by the Client will be billed.
- The Hotel is not responsible in the event of unforeseen events or force majeure (bad weather, government measures, epidemics, etc.).
The Client declares to have read and accepted these conditions upon reservation.
